We will work with you
to make the whole process as simple and helpful as possible - we will
always be available on the phone, via email or in person on the day to
make sure that you are delighted with everything.
It helps if we can have
the following information:
- the date and
approximate timings for when you would like us to play (it usually
takes 30 to 50 minutes to set up and we usually do two sets of up to
an hour each with a break of 20 to 50 minutes depending on what you
- venue address
- approximate room size
and approximate number of guests (so we know how much equipment to
- do you require any
background music in the interval, microphones for speeches or do you
need a disco or use of our sound system or lighting at any point?
Band and Disco
We usually offer free
recorded music in the interval but if you would like extra lights or a
bigger sound system for your own music or if you would like us to
organise the disco for you too then do please ask and we can give you
an idea of cost - usually it is much cheaper than hiring a separate
disco - bonus!
In terms of cost, the
smaller line-ups of the duo or trio are typically in the region of
£500 to £900 but we will be happy to give you a precise costing
based on your requirements.
The cost will vary
depending on things like the day of the week or the time of the year -
Sundays in November are much cheaper than Saturdays in June!
The bigger line-ups of
the 5, 6, 7 or 8 piece band can be anything from £950 to £1900
depending on the size of the band, date and location.
We will make sure we
communicate with you so that we know what you would like from us.
